1. General Shipping Information
All orders are processed and shipped from our base in Southampton, United Kingdom. We aim to process orders within 1-2 business days (Monday – Friday, excluding public holidays). Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
2. Age Restriction (CRUCIAL)
ALL PRODUCTS ARE AGE-RESTRICTED (18+).
We use age-verified courier services. The recipient of the goods must be 18 years of age or older and may be required to present a valid photo ID upon delivery.
Failure to verify age will result in the refusal of delivery. In such cases, the order will be returned to us, and a restocking fee may be charged, with original shipping costs non-refundable.

4. Local Pickup
Customers can select Local Pickup at checkout.
Location: 5 East Street, Southampton, United Kingdom
Hours: Pickup is available during our regular shop opening hours (as listed on the Contact page).
We will notify you via email when your order is ready for collection. Please bring your order confirmation and valid ID.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to monitor your package's transit until it reaches your doorstep.
6. Issues with Delivery
Damaged Goods: If you receive a damaged product, please contact us immediately (within 24 hours of delivery) at hubblybubblyshopsouth@gmail.com with photographic evidence.
Missing Parcels: If your order tracking shows successful delivery but you have not received the package, please contact the courier first. If the issue is unresolved, contact us.
